With the social and economic development, China’s transportation are also being day byday, in order to adapt to the requirement of economic development, our country put forwardhigher request on traffic technology development, especially bridge design, construction,safety, and the requirements of the factors such as the beautiful. In such cases, then a newbridge construction technology raise, namely of bridge rotation construction technology.Because of the bridge construction has many advantages, which can be very good to adapt tothe needs of the development of modern traffic technology and is widely used. There can becompeted safely and quickly on the construction and not to affect the original trafficnavigation and transportation. So, it has the broad space for development in the bridgeconstruction and has the very good scientific research value in academic aspect.In order to study the construction of continuous rigid frame bridge in the mechanicalproperties, the paper with2-80m T type of super prestressed continuous box bridges as theresearch object,which belongs to ShenYang Fourth expressway and across the basis ofspecial guest,in order to discuss and research continuous rigid frame bridge on themechanical properties in detail. This paper mainly complete the following work: first, Usingthe finite element software to simulate the whole bridge construction, analysing the stress andlinear change of the bridge on each construction stage so as to effectively control the stressand linear of the bridge, Ensure that the stress and the linear of the bridge meet the designrequirements after completion, so that the beam to be able smoothly twist and fold. Secondly,by using weighing test, analysing the rotation parameters of the rotational bridge, includingunbalanced moment, eccentric torque and friction torque and friction coefficient, etc; Bycomparing the advantages and disadvantages of different weighing test method, sums up thesuitable for continuous rigid frame bridge of weighing test methods; By using analysismethod of the different unbalanced moment, comparing the calculation results of differentmethods to determine the optimal analysis method. Finally,it is for local analysis on thebridge of the rotation system. Through the theoretical calculation and finite element method,it is to analyse vertical compressive stress distribution on ball joint interface, and drawvertical displacement of the ball joint interface on the pressure distribution, By comparing thetwo methods, the method to determine the rationality and the accuracy of the formula andprovides reference for the rotation system design and theoretical study; Through it is toanalyse of brace site the relative displacement between the deck platform and the pile caps inthe pressure function, to ensure the bridge can complete smoothly twist; Based on analysingthe stress distribution of the pile foundation, that reasearch the proportion of pile stress distribution and analyse uneven distribution of the reasons,it is to provide the reference forthe similar bridge pile foundation design.
