In recent years, as China's science and technology and the rapid development of transportation, successively built many long-span prestressed concrete continuous rigid-frame bridge. The construction of the bridge, the span of difficulty, therefore its construction process is many problems, including the construction control elevations and linear monitoring problem particularly outstanding. Implementation of large-span bridge construction control is to ensure the construction quality and safety, and is an important link that bridge and stress state of the important measures to meet the design requirement.The cantilever construction method of continuous rigid-frame bridge construction supervision, mainly includes two aspects of structure and stress of content, must be thoroughly tracking control can make bridge construction, the design condition smoothly. Through the establishment of bridge structure analysis model, select the appropriate structure parameter identification, fully considered all factors, the calculation and prediction, realizing linear and stress of bridge constant adjustment and control, achieving the goal.Based on the QingLan highway bridge, looking for persons of the construction control of the elevation and linear monitoring studies,mainly work are:1,Analyzes the long span continuous rigid-frame bridge piers and its structure characteristics, summarizes the bridge construction control at home and abroad the research status, technology of large span bridge, points out the necessity of the implementation of the construction control and its significance.2,Introduces several common structure analysis, focusing on the analysis of typical three-span pre-stressed concrete continuous rigid-frame structure analysis and advance back analysis is introduced in detail.3,Use "MIDAS/Civil",finite element analysis software for continuous rigid-frame bridge construction process simulation, continuous rigid-frame bridge in the construction process of displacement, etc, and the deflection of calculation and analysis of data and measurement data than analysis, this paper summarizes the deformation law and trends.4,Prestressed concrete continuous rigid-frame bridge cantilever construction linear and elevation control is the most important thing, the bridge monitoring in construction process of the deflection control level directly influence the bridge, is to ensure that the bridge routuan linear comply with the design requirements the decisive work. How to determine the girders during the beams, separation and analysis the deflection, the true total segmental deflection and deflection on the linear control on continuous rigid-frame bridge is discussed, and some practical results.Through the practical monitoring, we got the beneficial experience and lessons. In this paper, and some practical results for construction of similar Bridges can provide reference for the construction control method.
