Obviously, the earthquake is the greatest enemy of human beings, in line with the "people-oriented", the principle of life and property safety first, seismic shelter construction has become the compulsory subject, shelter is imminent earthquake prediction after the release or earthquake disasters occur, to ensure the security of people, reduce the casualty, speed up the reconstruction.Based on the characteristics and function of the earthquake shelters, large-scale structures played an integral role in its construction. Intensifying the construction and planning of the earthquake shelters is an essential means to response "c disaster prevention and mitigation ". Planning and design of earthquake shelters should focus on "combing peacetime and disaster" principle.The interior and peripheral function design of earthquake shelters should consider the purpose of rapid asylum.2. Through the study and analysis of earthquake shelter’s natural vibration characteristics, we can know that he stiffness of the structure is larger, meets the design requirements of refuge. By vibration mode, the supporting stiffness between the structure of the column is relatively weak.3. Under the action of the disastrous earthquake, the largest of the structure of the earthquake shelter node displacement is increasing with the increase of seismic acceleration, buckling failure happens in the end.
