Study On The Development Mechanism Of Green Building Supply Chain Based On Symbiosis Theory

Green building supply chain as a shift of the production methods used by the constructionenterprises to adapt to the new management of the market and corporate internal and externalenvironmental change management model and corporate forms of cooperation, the study ofgreen building supply has reached its climax in the world. The complexity of systemicrequirements of the green building supply chain use to study the development of its system,the law of development, as well as measures to promote their development with developmentmechanism point of view.The paper start from the analysis of the basic theory of supply chain and supply chainmanagement, construction supply chain, green supply chain management, and defined theconcept of green building supply chain and its characteristics were analyzed. Based on thesymbiosis theory, the paper analyzed the run model of the development of the green buildingsupply chain, the dynamic mechanism of the development of the green building supply chain,the management mechanism of the green building supply chain, and research as the maintheoretical on the basis of symbiosis theory perspective.First, the paper introduces the production process of green building supply chain, and givethe conceptual model of a green building supply chain, on this basis, in accordance with thesymbiosis of the three elements and the analysis methods of the symbiotic and the symbioticcoefficient to study on the run model of the development of a symbiotic system of the greenbuilding supply chain.Based on the symbiosis theory, in chapter four, the paper give the energygeneration mechanism of the green building supply chain, from the angle of maximize energygeneration of the symbiotic system. From the angle of the development approach of the symbiotic interface of the green building supply chain, as well as the mechanism ofdevelopment of the interface of the green building supply chain, the symbiosis interfacedevelopment were analyzed. Finally, the mechanisms of the dynamic and stable developmentof the symbiotic system were analyzed in order to reveal the dynamic mechanism of thedevelopment of a green building supply chain.Based on the symbiosis theory, in chapter four, the paper build a system of organization,including strategic sourcing process, the management organization system, environmentalmanagement systems, including through the establishment of symbiotic energy distributionmechanism to build the management mechanisms of the symbiotic development of the greenbuilding supply chain system.This study solve the problems of a green building supply chain development mechanismsto provide useful help for the development and promotion of green building supply chainmanagement activities.
