Traffic problems as the current domestic most of the city’s major problems, the trafficcontrol department is also increasing emphasis on the effective management of the trafficproblems. Road traffic public security bayonet monitoring system (referred to as: securitymonitoring system) is relying on a specific place on the road, such as toll stations, traffic orsecurity checkpoints bayonet point, through which all motor vehicles bayonet point shooting,recording a road transport and processing site monitoring system.Given the importance of traffic problems, traffic digital monitoring road construction hasbecome necessary facilities: it can monitor road traffic safety real-time; it can detect andhandle the illegal cases timely; it can improve the supervision and work efficiency. Thisdissertation designed a traffic bayonet management platform based on B/S mode, which relieson the network to transmit surveillance images and vehicle information, and the operator canuse this network platform to achieve the remote real-time monitoring of vehicles. This projectbased on the B/S three-tier structure to design, Jsp language and the Java language to bewritten the display procedures and control procedures of web page, and uses SQL Server toestablish the databases to save the system data. Users pay a visit to the platform by using abrowser to set control on illegal and criminal cars, revoke the control and query the controlinformation. And also they can check the cars’ information which are not been set control.Firstly, this dissertation analyzes the status, development of the transport mount platformand significance of research; introduced the specific relevant technical to be used; clarify indetail the functional requirements of the platform; and accordance with the target to putforward the overall program of the platform building. Secondly, this dissertation describes thedesign and implementation of the various modules’ functions of the platform. Finally, thecharacteristics of the platform have made a comprehensive summary.The data processing and display of the traffic bayonet management platform in thisdissertation completely independent front-end equipment, it has a unified and open datainterface. Technically, it used the Java as the system platform foundation on which theplatform program can work on the vast majority of reliably run on the server. Throughresearch and the realization of the above content, this system can not only save humanresources of traffic supervision department, but also improve the efficiency of processing theillegal cases. It also can provide strong support for the remote monitoring personnel to gainfirst-hand field data and make the right decisions.
