Structural Response subjected to underwater blasting is quite a complex question. It is not only relevant mass, distance between structure and explosive center, but also associates with surrounding medium and structure dynamic characteristics. So far the research about this subject almost has made by experimental observation, and can’t be simulated accurately due to lots of influence factors. Restricted by research and analysis methods, domestic study is almost none. This paper based on the under water submerged rock explode of Yujiang bridge domain in Guangxi province. Primarily briefly introduced the present situation and progress of underwater blasting at home and abroad, Then introduces the blasting design method of project, Through analyzed the damage caused by blasting, we know that the maximum hazard of blasting on the bridge is blasting seismic wave. It also points out that the control of blasting seismic strength are the particle vibration velocity and vibration frequency. If directly use of the blasting safety regulations, the result will has a great error Compared to the actual test results.First use of "MIDAS" software testing data analysis, testing of blasting seismic effects of Bridges is safe. Then use SAP2000program to simulate the blast scene, Apply the method of response spectrum analysis, predict the influence of the blasting to the bridge structure, The Conclusion of the analysis is security. So promoting its use in underwater blasting. Blasting work after period of time, we can take advantage of the neural network method to train the blasting data samples which have been obtained. To prediction the bridge vibration caused by explosive dosage in the next blasting explosive, to make sure that the response of bridge is in good safety.
