The consumption of air condition in large buildings are huge. One of the main measures to save energy in central air-condition is recovering the heat which is released in thermodynamic cycle to produce hot water. In order to use the waste heat to produce cold quantity in effective and reduce the consumption which is used in the central air-condition, this paper present a idea that combining the solar ejector refrigeration with the central air-condition in the simulation that using the solar to produce the heat. How to designing and modeling the system, and how to control the system in simulation are discussed in this paper.In the design process, the law of conservation of energy, the law of conservation of mass, the theorem of momentum and the correlation methods are used in the thermodynamic calculation to design the evaporator, the condenser, the generation and the ejector. In the modeling, every module is considered and modeled. With the models, every work pattern is analysed to get the system model. The relationship between the different work patterns are taken into account to obtain the model. The model is control of time-delay nonlinear system that is the same with the different work patterns.The control of time-delay nonlinear system are treated as the linear systems without time-delay, which is second-order linear system. Respectively, the integral sliding mode variable structure control and the traditional PID control are discussed when controlling the handled model. Compare with the traditional PID control, the integral sliding mode variable structure control are more effective. With the analysis, a model reference adaptive sliding mode control is designed, which is combined the model reference adaptive control with the sliding model control. In simulation, the model which is designed in this paper have a better dynamic properties and a better steady-state behavior.
