In recent years,with the high-speed development of economy,the structure of high-rise buildings has been increasingly complexed. As a new structural system,the frame-supported shear wall structure is more and more in the city construction, it is a kind of structural arrangement of the combination of the shear wall structure and the frame-supported conversion layer structure. On the one hand,the upper shear wall structure can satisfy the using demand of the hotel, residential,etc,and the lower frame support part can be used to satisfy the functional diversification of the shopping malls and the entertainment places; On the other hand, as a special structure combination, the theoretical research of the frame-supported shear wall structure is still not perfect, the technical of concrete structures of tall building JGJ3—2010is not provided measures in design.The standard always provide special,effective analysis and measures when the height of the transition layer higher than the standard’s require.so,the investigation about the seismic performance of frame-supported shear wall structures with high girder transfer has very important significance.In this paper, using finite element software SAP2000to study the performance of structure in the earthquake through elastic analysis and elastoplastic analysis of frame-supported shear wall structure with high girder transfer.This paper has done the following work and draw some conclusions:(1) Adjust the height of the transition layer, study the effect on structure of transition layer floor at high-order position.Study the seismic performance of frame-supported shear wall structures with high girder transfer,mainly focuses on the cycle, the maximum lateral, the inter-story displacement angle and the floor reaction force of transition layer structure and time-history analysis under earthquake wave.The conclusions is when the height of transition layer more than5layer, it has relatively large influence on the overall performance of transition layer.(2) By changing the thickness of the shear wall at the lower part of the transition layer,study the effect of the transition layer’s upper and lower floor equivalent lateral stiffness ratio and transfer beam cross section of the form has on frame-supported shear wall structures with high girder transfer when transition layer is arranged on the7floor.(3)By comparative analysis girder transfer story when transition layer is arranged on the7floor and thick plate transition structure under the action of earthquake. Find out the similarities and differences of the seismic performance of the transition of two forms.(4) According to the standard and the conclusion of this paper,try to make a suggestion of frame-supported shear wall structures with high girder transfer, to enhance it’s performance under earthquake,and to provide some reference in the earthquake resistant design of Similar high buildings and super high-rise structure.
