In order to adapt to the local topography, to overcome the terrain elevation,taking into account the surrounding environment to protect freeway, in recent years,more and more widely separated subgrade application in freeway. But separatesubgrade segment bring operational problems to the freeway. Because of the specialroad conditions as left and right pieces of subgrade separation characteristics to thefreeway subgrade safety operations management has brought great difficulties. In theevent of traffic incident, there is difficult command, delay a long time, be notconducive to guarantee the efficiency of emergency in the emergency work of theseparated subgrade segment.This paper analyzes the theory of freeway emergency, respectively, from therescue mode, rescue organization, rescue objectives, tasks and other aspects of theseparated subgrade of traffic incidents emergency needs.Using comparative analysis of freeway separated subgrade segment operationalsafety features by collecting traffic accidents and traffic volume of the fengjiesegment to yunyang segment of G42freeway. And using principal componentanalysis study was supported by separated subgrade length of the segment have agreater impact on the rescue. Through the freeway management unit planning, raisedseparated subgrade management strategy of traffic incident management andmaintenance.As emergency path and travel time as key indicators, build a model about lengthof separated subgrade and emergency travel time. And the use of the model to solvepractical engineering cases of the length of separated subgrade segment. It provide aguarantee safe operation for the freeway separated subgrade.
