Owing to the high performance of Hot Mix Asphalt, it’s the main auxiliarymaterial for bituminous pavement of highway.However,the smog which produced inthe process of construction is harmful to surroundings,besides to the life of worker.Therefore, based on the subject comes from the National Natural Science Foundationproject the research on the generation mechanism and rejection techniques ofmodified asphalt fume in high temperature conditions, under the performance ofbituminous pavement, this article developed a kind of environment-friendlysuppression asphalt which is anti-smog is very important,. this asphalt mixture cannot only can curb the smog, when a fire starts in asphalt pavement at the same timealso but also resist smog and fire play a role of smoke suppression flame retardant.The main content of research including: Inhibit-smoke asphalt are obtained byuniform design method, the best distribution of asphalt content, and put forward theenvironmental protection of indoor smoke suppression asphalt preparation technology.Test results showed that the inhibit-smoke asphalt smoke suppression rate comparedwith the matrix asphalt is as high as60.8%, compared with3%of SBS asphalt is50%higher.To inhibit-smoke asphalt and70#asphalt and SBS asphalt cement performancecomparison, RTFO aging test, such as detection of smoke suppression agent affect theperformance of the asphalt cement. Test results showed that after joining smokesuppression agent distribution of the modified asphalt penetration, softening point andductility index were increased, anti-aging performance is also increased.Using the AC-20grading, through the high temperature rutting test, bendingcreep test at low temperature, immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test,analysis of the effect of smoke suppressants on performance of asphalt mixture. Thetest results show that: adding or asphalt smoke after the high temperature stability andlow temperature performance are improved, the water stability is improved obviously.At the same time, through the simulation of combustion test, flame-retardantproperties of asphalt mixture of smoke suppression of environmental evaluation.Through the fatigue of indirect tensile fatigue test and four point bending fatigue testsystem for evaluation of environmental protection smoke suppression of asphalt,.Through the uniaxial creep test study on the dynamic viscoelastic properties. This article also to study AMPT dynamic modulus of asphalt mixture, analysis oftemperature and loading frequency influence on dynamic modulus and phase Angle,and compare to the matrix asphalt, evaluation analysis of inhibit-smoke asphalt abilityof resistance to permanent and draw up main curve and main family of curves, by themain curve to predict the trend of its mechanical properties.
