The arch bridge is one of the earliest bridge type which the human most widelyuse,However, with the rapid development of the transport sector infrastructure and thesubstantial growth of traffic, the arch bridge of reinforced research are also putforward more requirements. Study of CFRP reinforcement arch bridge in our countryhas achieved some results, but it did not go far enough. Especially for CFRP asthe crack resistance of layer and concrete arch composite structure research is less.Because the operation time of bridge structure is too long, they appear all sorts ofdisease and need to be reinforced. If we can advance to determine the structure weakarea and carries on the resistance to crack layer (such as CFRP cloth) to assist, we cangreatly improve the building structure performance. It has important value forengineering application. This paper is to focus on the performance of this kind ofcomposite arch, and it provides reference for engineering practice.In this paper, the CFRP composite concrete arch structure and properties werestudied through loading experiments,finite element simulation analysis and derivationformula.in the experimental part we design seven pieces of the arch,as compared to aplain concrete arch. Three local type pasting CFRP composite arch three pills all pasteCFRP composite arch, paste form respectively the I type, U type and ring type. Foreach of these seven pieces of arch damage experiments. Experiment observedexperimental phenomena in the process, gather the arch of the load displacement dataand record cracking load and ultimate load. Sorting data, and through comparinganalysis of the arch of the paste CFRP cloth composite arch stiffness, deformationperformance and cracking load, ultimate bearing capacity and to improve theperformance of structure. In addition, after comparing performance of CFRPcomposite arch structure,according to TuZhiZhong GFRP composite arch in themaster’s thesis of experimental data, then the same paste form of CFRP and GFRPcomposite composite arch arch were analyzed,and get the same paste form two kindsof composite arch of load-displacement curves, crack load and ultimate load. Inaddition to experimental research, supplemented by finite element simulation ofCFRP composite arch structure performance analysis, verify and add experimentalpart. CFRP composite arch is obtained by experimental research and theoreticalcalculation of the cracking load, ultimate load and stiffness has a different degree of increase, Based on the experimental, derive the normal section bearing capacityformula of CFRP composite arch.
