Under An Expressway Of Mined-out Area Stability Calculation And Disposal

In recent years, due to the continuous development of expressway construction inour country, highway network more and more dense, in mining area inevitablyencounter how to manage the technical problem of goaf. Therefore the highway undergoaf stability research and treatment measures research is particularly important.In this paper, through Wansheng to section K13+300~K14+300Nanchuanhighway gob area as the research object, analyses gob overburden mechanism, groundsubsidence and surface damage types and characteristics. Using finite element analysissoftware ANSYS on goaf road safety stability analysis, and put forward the reasonabletreatment measures, the main contents are as follows:(1) some relevant literatures home and abroad, at home and abroad to understandthe stability of goaf under Highway Research and goaf treatment status and basicmethod.(2) by means of the field survey and related units of information, the goaf and therelative position between the highway and the engineering geological conditions areanalyzed.(3) to establish the mechanics model, by using the numerical simulation methodof goaf were simulated and analyzed, according to the simulation data show: becausethe existing mined-out area, whether it is from the state of stress or displacementperspective, and relevant specification for Highway Subgrade in contrast, unsteadystate.(4) on goaf grouting theory and the research on grouting material analysis, to findsuitable for the engineering of filling material, mixture ratio and the parameters ofgrouting slurry.(5) to the grouting after the project for the corresponding numerical simulation,the corresponding results show: goaf surrounding stress state is improved apparently,subgrade displacement decreases. Conform to the specifications and related codes.After that grouting can ensure the road safety operation.
