With the increase of domestic mineral resources exploitation efforts, to ensure efficient transport of mineral resources, the requirements for mine highway capacity is also gradually improved, also gradually increasing the pressure for mine road traffic; many mine roads in the building has not taken the overweight problem into account, but in accordance with the general level highway to design and construct the mine road, which withstands the load vehicle axle load times, the axle load, wheel pressure exceeding serious, heavy-duty vehicles. The overloading phenomenon is increasingly prominent. At the same time, the road carrying capacity assessment index under normal traffic conditions has certain difference from the overweight traffic conditions, but advanced construction of the highway has not take these into consideration. These make the mine road, in the opening of the process, be prone to road pavement disease, and the pace of development of the disease is high. If repairing and transformation is not timely, the impact will be more severe to the transport, economic, social. But the current mainstream technology of pavement repairing and transformation still take the general highway pavement disease treatment technology, which is difficult to adapt to the needs of the repairing and modification technology of the mine road pavement disease under overweight traffic conditions. In order to meet the need of the repairing and modification technology of mine road pavement under overweight traffic conditions, to make the mining area highways’repairing and modification timely, efficiently, reasonably. This article relies on the provincial highway S205line (Zunyi Racecourse Ping Road) K148+500~K185+800(from Weng’an’s cold gole to Fuquan, cold mouth)’s repairing and renovation project in Guizhou Province, combing with the relevant characteristics of the overweigh traffic conditions on mine road, will study the technology of repairing and transformation of the mine road pavement.By a large number of field investigation and evidence collection, analyzing a large number of existing data, and combing with personal experience, research on the uploaded mine road pavement repairing and transformation under overweight traffic conditions. The research study mainly includes:the study of the characteristics of overweight carrying traffic on mine road, and the response of pavement structure; summarizing the main pavement disease types and on mine road, and analyzing their the main emerging causes; proposing contents and means of the investigation of advanced mine highway road, evaluation indicators method, as well as the selected standards of the repairing and transformation; putting forward the overall design principles of repairing and transformation; recommending the pavement structure design, the type of mixture, and the construction traffic organization design, under different circumstance. Combing with the project, and applying the technology to entities engineering, will prove the reasonableness of the renovation program.The research on the traffic characteristics, mechanical characteristics, pavement diseases and the preventive measures of them under upload traffic conditions on the mine road, would make it clear to recognize the differences between the mine roads and ordinary roads for pavement, to put forward reference for the pavement design, construction, maintenance, and other related technical studies under overweight traffic conditions, to prevent or timely treat the pavement distress to ensure normal traffic on highway under overweight traffic conditions, and to mitigate the economic losses and social impact. Meanwhile, combining with the examples of provincial highway S205line in Guizhou Province, will summarize and propose the work focuses and technical solutions of renovation in Chinese mine road pavement under overweight conditions, and focus on the combination with local transportation, economic, engineering materials. The research can bring directly economic and social development for mineral resources’ exploit, transport and use in Guizhou Province, and provide technical and practical guidance to the further study on the repairing and modification techniques in mine road under upload traffic conditions.
