Our country is a mountainous country, which objectively determine the existenceof a large number of fault fracture zone, while China is currently in infrastructureprojects in the critical period of rapid growth, which in turn inevitably in theconstruction of infrastructure tunnel through the fault zone. At the same time, China islocated in the world’s two largest earthquakes concentrated zone: circum-Pacific seismicbelt and the Himalayas-between the Mediterranean seismic belt, by the Pacific Plate,Indian Plate and the Philippine Sea plate extrusion, earthquake fault zone is welldeveloped. Tunnel through fault fracture zone when analysis of the structural stabilityof the tunnel has great practical significance. In this paper, under the action of theearthquake fault zone tunnel through the tunnel structure analysis of internal forces havedone some preliminary research work on the proposed tunnel siting, design, construction tools of great practical significance. This paper mainly includes the following aspects:1.The significance of the research and research content, recalling the tunnelseismic research status, including the tunnel seismic analysis methods, seismiccharacteristics of the tunnel and the tunnel mechanism of structural damage, andproposed method of seismic analysis of the existing tunnel structure problems.2. Two discussed the tunnel through the mechanism of fault rupture dislocationtheory, and reasonable input ground motion, ground shock waves choice. On the powerinput method and artificial boundary conditions to do a systematic analysis andcomparison, pointing out that the power input method and boundary conditions areselected to be able to meet the actual structure of the basic characteristics of the force.3. Studied by numerical calculation tunnel damage through non-slip faultmechanism, fault analysis of different widths, Tunnel different level and depth of thetunnel is not the same, the tunnel seismic response of structures affected by faults forcechange by comparing results fault fracture zone length, depth of the tunnel and thetunnel structure.4. Through the tunnel for different fault fracture zone type: study set different pitchdamping effect of structural damping seam; studied under with joints staggeredstructure damping effect, and with only two were compared with joints lining; studysettings structures under different thickness damping layer damping effect, comparingdifferent seismic damping method, tunnel through fault seismic damping measures effective general awareness for the future similar projects to provide a theoretical basisearthquake.
