The AC servo system has become the supportive and critical technology for thethe industrial control and automatic industry. It has the advantages of high controlaccuracy, speed range, fast response, good stability operation, small torque ripple,low energy consumption, high current utilization, low cost as well as its greatdevelopments in control theory. However, problems still remain in the currenthigh-precision AC servo system. They are its slow response to the input signaltracking and its poor performance on external interference signal. Therefore, thispaper will be constructed by taking the high speed and high precision AC servocontrol system as the core.In order to establish coreless AC servo control system control model, thehigh-speed coreless motor vector coordinate transformation and the torque controlequation were firstly completed. On this basis, the three closed-loop servo controlsystem which includes the position loop, speed loop and current loop was designed.And by the simulation of each control loop through MATLAB tools, theperformance of control loop parameters could be analyzed.Having established a loop discrete control model for the current loop andposition loop in the AC servo control system, the impact on the control performancecould be analyzed during the process when there is a delay in the feedback signal. Inorder to make the control system respond quickly to input commands, thefeed-forward control was introduced. Based on the analysis of the simulation resultswith some comparison, its role in enhancing a rapid response in the system wasverified. Furthermore, the suppression capabilities of the system against externalinterference signal were improved through the introduction of two degrees offreedom to control and the simulation with some comparison. For the output of thesinusoidal current waveform, which has less harmonic content, high-frequency noisein the AC servo controller, a voltage space vector algorithm was performed in thispaper. And due to the SVPWM algorithm, a fan-shaped area decision algorithm andPWM wave generating function were brought in. Thus, it improves the performanceof control further. By building the control loop and SVPWM control algorithm block diagram, theabove control strategy and control algorithm of the software technology wereachieved. Also the experiment platforms were set up. They are for the control circuit,power supply module, handheld communication equipment and amplification drivecircuit structures of a servo control system. And systematically experimental testswere carried out about the speed command tracking, position command tracking andcurrent waveforms at different speed status of the AC servo control system. Finally,it was proved that this system can effectively improve the performance of thecontrol system through tests.
