Extreme weather disrupted transportation system research diffusion processhazards disaster response and crisis management is an important research topic.Through in-depth analysis of weather disasters paper transport system damage harmdiffusion process for the management of extreme weather caused by the public crisismechanism to provide basic support.This article will transport system disaster weather in the course of the crisistriggered by the collapse as a nuclear process, and its collapse sequence is from thephysical network to the social network, triggering a crisis.
