Gearbox as an important gear, play speed, steering, clutch, power distribution andother special effects, and because the ship’s special working conditions and otherreasons, the need for timely grasp of marine gearbox wear status and fault information,so marine gear box will wear state assessment makes sense, this paper presents aspectrum analysis of iron-based marine gearbox lubricant wear state assessment.Iron-based spectral analysis of marine gearbox wear condition assessment mainlyincludes the following three aspects. The first is the analysis of marine gear boxFerrography qualitative analysis of the various characteristics of abrasive, establishing agearbox fault diagnosis and wear state assessment system. Followed by general wearand tear index do discrete treatment to obtain a more practical form of abrasion index,abrasion index was established to form the core of the marine gearbox wear conditionassessment, improve the wear condition assessment accuracy and comprehensiveness.Meanwhile comprehensive Ferrography qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,constructed against marine gearbox wear condition assessment methods.Finally, the mechanical reliability of life issues have been the focus detection area,this article from the fatigue life and the life of the relationship between the load startingto get a marine gearbox quantitative data parameters associated with the wear life of thewear rate of change of quantity Q and gearbox wear life has a significant relationship,and through the establishment of gray model GM (1,1) life prediction model, to solvethe gearbox wear rate of change of Q data sequence unequal interval issues, andNewton-Cores interpolation formula unequal interval GM (1,1) model is improved lifeprediction to improve the prediction accuracy reached on marine gearbox wear lifeprediction results.
