Low turbidity water is often encountered in purification projects as a specialquality water, original conventional treatment methods is difficult to meet therequirements of subsequent treatment process for water quality, so this project aims atanalyzing the current situation low turbidity water purification plant Analysis of therunning, raising management raised quite effective recommendations for improvementon low turbidity water.The mainly reason that makes it difficult to deal with low turbidity water ismainly due to poor coagulation effect,there are mainly two methods to deal with it:theone is to enhance coagulation effect;the other is to set additional process to reduce theimpact of poor coagulation effect.Among the methods of treating lowturbidity,flocculant and coagulant optimization, the blasted-flocculation technology andwastewater backflow technology belong to the first method;microflocculation filtrationprocess, membrane process and airflotation belong to the second one.To deal with the dual pressures of low turbidity ang high water gualityIn order tounderstand the application of low turbidity water quality standard,many waterplantschose to construct new process or reform the original one.In order to know theapplication situation of loe turbidy water treatment technology, we carried out a surfacesurvey of the waterplants using water of Yellow River as water source.During the researched waterplants,only QH waterplant used the new high-densitysedimentation process enhancing low turbidity water flocculation efficiency byrecycling high density sludge,reduce floculant consumption and sludge quantity;otherwaterplants used conventional coagulation and sedimentation process and the sludgedischarged directly.By simulating the conventional treatment process,a sequential device was built inthe laboratory and debugged,the results demonstrate that keeping the ratio of sludgebackflow and adjusting the dosage of coagulant applied the device.Recycling sludge andreducing the dosage can lower the tubidity of sedimentation effluent,it indicates thatrecycling sludge to enhance the low tuebidity water treatment is feasible.But becausethe raw water is manual preparation that is different from the actual situation,it’snecessary to built the device in the waterplant to evaluate the influence to the waterquality.Meanwhile,in order to know the method to calculate the volume of sludge andanalyse the properties of the wastewater,I selected a southern SK low turbiditywaterplant as a target to research and analyse.SK waterplant using conventional water treatment processes, with significantlyhigher dosage, by analyzing the data of the design and operation, water-related processunits were optimized to improve, through improved water can greatly reduce the amount of water used in the process of production. Eepsrimenting on the waterworkssludge water, filter backwash water and wastewater (mixed water) backflow oncoagulation effect found that all three enhance the effect of coagulation,the order ofstrengthen action is Sludge water> mixed water> filter backwash water; the order of thebenefits of saving water is mixed water> filter backwash water> sludge water, in orderto make full use of enhancing coagulation effect and saving water, mixed waterbackflow strengthening coagulation way is proposed.Set as the dosage of20mg/L and2%of backflowing as the optimum operating parameters, removal rates of ammonia andCODMnare respectively75%and33%, but after backflow without causing aluminum,iron, manganese enrichment in water, backflowing mixed water makes annual costsavings of378,600yuan, meanwhile reducing the pollution of the surroundingenvironment.
