Properties of metal rubber seal is metal rubber technology is an importantresearch direction, metal rubber seal with a working temperature range, goodelasticity, strong bearing capacity, corrosion resistance, radiation and aging is noteasy, and many other features in the aviation aerospace, defense and armamentspecial working environment has a very broad application prospects. However,due to the special rubber seals metal structure, a unique preparation process aswell as the development of special test equipment exists in many of the keytechnologies to be solved, has become a bottleneck restricting its engineeringapplications, therefore, the papers prepared for metal rubber seals technologyresearch and development work dedicated test bench has important theoreticalsignificance and application value.Aerospace and defense against weapons of different temperature, pressuresealed environment of the specific requirements for the preparation of metalrubber seals research, we propose a method for preparing a metal outer foreskinrubber seals new approach to design and prepare different structural forms metalrubber seals.
