The infrared characteristic data accumulation determines how accurately earlywarning satellite can identify missile targets. The complexity of earth andatmosphere background at different season and period makes it hard to ensure theaccuracy of theoretical calculation and digital simulation. So it is necessary to carryout spaceborne measurement of missile infrared radiance characteristic. Whilebefore the satellite measuring in orbit,develop a reasonable measurement programis the key to effectively complete the measurement task. Therefore, extensiveanalysis and testing is required for the measurement program.In this paper,"a satellite data ground processing system" as the background, thisground processing system is mainly to complete the satellite downlink datainspection, evaluation, calibration, processing and retrieval tasks. In thedevelopment of ground processing system, we need the data of satellites in orbit todevelop, integrate and commission the interface and the data processing module, butat present, the development process in the system can not get valid data of satellitesin orbit, so it requires the use of simulation technology to generate the appropriatedata to support system development and research. Meanwhile, the diversity andcomplexity of object of space-based atmospheric background, Solved sight pointingdata of camera in the in-orbit measurement program are different from theconventional satellite measurements, so it is necessary to carry out complexcalculation, and to conduct a feasibility assessment about the program.In this paper measurement data simulation system has been developed. Theoverall design of the system, mathematical modeling, software componentdevelopment, integration and testing has been carried out in depth. Main work are asfollows:In the aspect of simulation system design, according to the needs of measuringtask, functions of simulation system has been planned. In the basis of acomprehensive analysis of the ground processing system interface and functionality,ideas of simulation system design and approach has been cleared, and the overallstructure and relationships between functional modules has been determined.In the aspect of mathematical modeling, the simulation coordinate systemsdefinition are given, all coordinate transformation model has been built; To describethe relationship between object and image, to complete repeated calculation functionof the measurement program, imaging geometry measurement positioning model hasbeen established based on coordinate transformation model. This paper alsoestablished a target tracking model, and designed two working modes and solution method of missile tracking angle of ground fixed target and missile tracking.In the aspect of simulation system software components development, the keytechnology such as STK/X and STK/Connect has been outlined, detailedconfiguration component object has been given. In MatlabR2012a developmentenvironment that combines with STK/X and STK/Connect provided by STK, thesimulation system of orbit camera has been built by means of integrated thinking.The Program has a good interactive capability and scalability.In the aspect of simulation system integration and testing analysis, a simulationsystem overall structure of Matlab GUI simulation system has been built. And eachfunction module has been integrated to achieve interactive features of simulationsystem. The correctness and consistency of functional modules of the simulationsystem were tested, and the results were analyzed intensively. Currently, themeasurement camera data simulation system has been debugged and tested withground processing system, and the result shows that the simulation systemeffectively supports the ground processing system and meets the requirements well.
