In this paper the main content of the research is to railway tunnel lining quality risk system. This is studyis a system, and do a comprehensive identification and evaluation. Based on the risk identification, and controlmanagement of tunnel lining quality, to explore the method of the risk identification and evaluation of tunnelrisk identification. Assessment methods, and analyzed its advantages and disadvantage, and then take themethod of system dynamics on tunnel lining quality risk identification. Puts forward that railway tunnel liningquality risk assessment model, and applied to expectation loss value estimation method for risk assessment. Inaddition the system introduced tunnel lining construction technology, and summarize and analyzes the tunnellining engineering of related concepts. In the tunnel lining quality risk control of tunnel lining quality risk fromthe technology and management, macro and micro aspects of c ontrol. The macro control based on railwaytunnel lining construction whole process as the research object, from the point of view of project management,using systems engineering management principle, the establishment of tunnel risk management model, and setup a risk management and organization members share the responsibility of tunnel lining quality riskmanagement operation. Micro control is to use risk prevention and control technology for tunnel lining qualityrisk control.Through the above analysis, and based on the construction, design, scientific research unit investigationconcluded that practical railway tunnel lining quality risk assessment index system, follow the authority of riskassessment, scientific, equitable, seriousness, pertinence principle, according to the relevant laws, regulationsand technical standards, norms, and puts forward the research thought, theory frame, the white dew tunnellining construction for quantitative and qualitative analys is and forecast, risk assessment, control, so as to betterserve the practical engineering.
