The extra-high pressure container tube-shaped object is the core component of theisostatic pressing equipment.Its structure style and key size make an important role in thesafety and dependability of the use of the isostatic pressing equipment.Recently,with thedevelopment of isostatic pressing equipments technology,The extra-high pressurecontainer is more and more used not only in metal and non-metal material processingtechnology,but also in food and chemical industry fields.The prestressing and spiralwound extra-high pressure container has become the most important studying object forisostatic pressing equipment,because of its safety and dependability. With the progress oftechnology and the maturity of prestressing and spiral wound the theory,the prestressingand spiral wound extra-high pressure container will more and more widely used for itspriorities.The paper takes250MPa extra-high pressure container tube-shaped object as studyobject.According to the prestressing and spiral wound theory,design the structure and sizeof250MPa core component shaping extra-high pressure container tube-shaped object,anddraw prestressing distribution curves in the tube-shaped,so that it provides somereferences for the design of the tube-shaped object.The paper use FEA method,analyzed stress distribution of the prestressing and spiralwound core component shaping extra-high pressure container tube-shaped object wall inworking,and it proves the validity of designing its structure and size.The paper analyzed and studied the technology about the prestressing and spiralwound tube-shaped object shearing stress rolling technology,and posed the controllingshearing stress wound methods.The paper make a foundation for the development of theshearing stress wound technology and equipment.
