With the development of new and high performance UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle),thedemand for functions and reliability of flight control computer is higher and higher,making theinternal bus load of redundant flight control computer based on CAN(Controller Area Network) bustechnology more and more serious,and therefore need for a high data transferrate and high securitybus instead of CAN.On the basis of existing research results,this paper launched a design and researchon FlexRay bus communication for flight control computer,to solve the bottleneck problems ofperformance and reliability requirements confronted with the development of redundant flight controlcomputer.Several mainstream of the flight control computer bus technology is analysised and compared atfirst,then according to design goal of sample redundant flight control computer,key technology andframe structure to resolving sample FlexRay flight control computer is proposed.On the basis,thispaper promoted research work for a new bus-FlexRay and completed the design of sample FlexRayflight control computer.Secondly,FlexRay communication protocol is designed according to internal informationexchange and performance requirements of the flight control computer;CPU node hardware inredundant flight control computer is completed according to sample flight control computerdesignment; besides,in order to meet the sample UAV flight control computer functions.CPU nodedriver software,FlexRay communication software,flight control software development is completed;atlast,this paper finished FlexRay communication test software development and HMI(Human MachineInterface)designement for the demand of system testing and communication.To verify the correctness of project design and the feasibility of design implementation,flightcontrol computer performance testing platform were designed and tested.For the design of FlexRayCPU node,minimize system and FlexRay output functions test were carried out.For the sample UAVflight control computer,communication test within the simulation of flight control computer interaldata communication were taken,and the correct results verified the performance of FlexRay bus whichcan fully meet the requirements of the redundant flight control computer.
