With the problem of pollution and energy shortage environment is becomingmore and more serious, the automotive industry need to reform and innovation, soelectric cars since being proposed has been attracting intensive attention, research onelectric vehicles has been very hot.Motor drive system as a direct power source forelectric vehicles, the type of motor and control method will be directly related to theperformance of electric vehicles,with the development of permanent magnet materials,permanent magnet synchronous motor performance is getting better and better, it isvery suitable as electric vehicle drive motor.There are many studies to control methodof permanent magnet synchronous motor drive now,A variety of advanced controlmethod has also been applied to the permanent magnet synchronous motor controlsystem.This topic thesis did some research on permanent magnet synchronous motordrive control system of electric vehicle,purpose is to design a high-performanceelectric vehicle motor drive control system.Introduced the use of motor types andadvantages of permanent magnet synchronous motor for electric vehicle, permanentmagnet synchronous motor control of the development situation and coordinateconversion transformation principle and application,constrution the model ofpermanent magnet synchronous motor in the three coordinate mathematical,a detaileddescription of the implementation of a permanent magnet synchronous motor vectorcontrol.Improved permanent magnet synchronous motor speed regulator,By twodegree of freedom PID control the motor speed loop,using BP neural network torealize correction of two degree of freedom PID control parameters real-time at thesame time.And carries on the simulation and research of of new control systems.Thesimulation results show the feasibility and advantages of the speed regulator.Finally,the establishment of a permanent magnet synchronous motor drive controlsystem,completion the system’s hardware and software design based on the TI’sTMS320F2812DSP.
