The consumption of non-renewable energy is accelerating;the problem of urban pollution is becoming more and more serious,especially in densely populated areas and busy cities.Government departments have decidedto promote green energy vehicles in serious populated and relatively developed cities.Electric vehicle consists of power battery,driving motor and motor controller and related management system.Electric vehicle drive system,that is,motor and its controller,as the core of the electric drive system,have an important impactto the vehicle's dynamic performance.With the permanent magnet synchronous motor design level and controllability of the continuous improvement in electric vehicles,it has already been widely used today.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the reliability and controllability of motor for permanent magnet motor and control system.Motor torque & speed response has an important impact on comfort and driving safety.In order to meet the motor vehicle power and driving safety,driving system of electric vehicles require that first,can output a constant maximum torque when driving in low-speed.With a constant maximum torque output,electric vehicles can quickly start,accelerate and climb in a short time.Second,the driving system in electric car need larger output power,a wide speed range.So,we can drive more safety on the road.By reviewing some domestic and foreign journals published in recent years,the development of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control method is concluded,and the significance of this research is expounded.Through analyzingthe dynamic of electric purebus,motor parameters had been matched.After analyzing the mathematical model of this motor,we cansimplify and establish the vector control systemby Simulink.The relationship between three coordinate systems of the system is analyzed,and the transformation matrix between them is obtained.The voltage calculation module,the time calculation module,the space voltage vector switching point calculation module,the voltage pulse output simulation module,the PI regulator,the motor body and the inverter moduleis built tosimulate the bus dynamic performance.In this paper,the vehicle system is modeled as well;we use Simscape to finish the vehicle body module modeling,which proved that the vector control system can be applied to the electric vehicle drive controlling system.
