| As one of the ten pillar industries in China, automobile industry haswitnessed a dramatic development since the beginning of the21stcenturyand many relevant industries, such as automobile manufacture, R&Dfactory and distribution center, are under construction in every city. Themodern economy has showed that in the global integration of industrialchain system, the profits are transforming from production process tocirculation process. That is to say the profits comes mainly from circulation,namely, producer services, therefore, it is imperative to conduct industrialtransformation and upgrading. Given this background, the Auto industry isalso unceasingly grope for a new park form to realize the constantoptimization and adjustment of industrial structure. Through a carefullycomparison among various aspects including the development philosophy,the chain structure and so on, the paper found that construction of autoexpo park is one of the best ways to solve this problem. However, as anemerging special type of productive service industry park, the currentAutomobile Exposition Park has not formed a perfect theoretical system forits guidance and thus, the park is still on trial with rare successful cases.Therefore, it is imperative to conduct a research on how to follow thepresent-day economic growth trend and grasp the objective law to lead ahealthy and orderly development of Auto Exposition Park so as to promotethe rapid development of urban economy.Based on value chain theory, overview of industrial transformation and upgrading and producer services as well as the existing relevant theoryand by adopting the method of theory combining with practice, the paperhas made an analysis on the development history and construction of autoindustrial park, explicitly put forward its conception system andsummarized its planning and layout. And taking Hangzhou as an example,the paper has demonstrated the feasibility of planning theory so as toprovide guidance and reference for the plan and construction of similarpark.The main research contents are made up of six parts:The first part focuses on the topic basis of the paper and its researchpurposes, significance, contents and methods.The second part provides theoretical basis for the definition of conceptsystem of Auto Exposition Park by elaborating its relevant theory andstudying the essence of industrial transformation and upgrading andproducer services.The third part sums up the concepts and characteristics of the AutoExposition Park and concludes an appropriate form of expression anddevelopment mode for the similar park and discusses the restriction factorsof auto expo park construction.The fourth part will determine the functional composition, the layoutform and construction scale of the park by arriving at an automobileindustry value chain through value chain theory and combining the realcases of planning and construction both domestic and overseas.The fifth part will make a dialectical research between the program ofHangzhou Auto Exposition Park and the above-mentioned theory. To bespecific, the paper will take Hangzhou as the research object to analyze itsfeasibility of constructing auto expo park and demonstrate the validity ofthe above-mentioned influencing factors, on which to study the planningand layout of the Auto Exposition Park in Hangzhou city.The last part will summarize the research achievements of this paperand point out the deficiencies of this paper and the necessities to do further research. |
