Research On The Strategy Of Industrial Park Space On The Perspective Of Vitality

With the shift of global industrial layout,China has shifted from the manufacturing industry in the middle to the upstream(industrial design and product development)and downstream(after-sales service)areas of the industrial chain.The corresponding high-tech research talents and product design talents in the upstream of the industrial chain have relatively high cultural literacy,and have more requirements for the working environment(the change of the new generation of young people's view of career choice).Corporate culture and corporate environment will undergo tremendous changes,and the vitality of the community where the working and living environment is located is an important part of enhancing environmental attraction.As a special construction project,industrial parks have made outstanding contributions in solving employment and improving government tax revenue.On the basis of industrial upgrading and environmental optimization,the new generation of industrial parks have become an important means to evacuate the population of old cities and promote the diversification of urban centers,combining with meeting the living needs of industrial workers,integrating community elements and multiple functions.Based on the vitality of the community,this paper studies the new generation of industrial incubator park.Through the analysis of community vitality,this paper describes the characteristics of vitality,and reviews and summarizes the development of industrial parks in past dynasties and their deficiencies in the contemporary perspective.Combining with several excellent cases,this paper conducts investigation,observation and analysis,and summarizes four factors that affect the vitality of the external space of the industrial park: natural factors,functional facilities factors,geographical factors and personnel composition factors.Finally,it provides some thinking directions for the dynamic design of the external space of the industrial incubator park,in order to supplement the current research on the design and planning of the industrial incubator park.
