With the rapid development of economy and people’s living standard, the comfort requirements of people’s living environment gradually becomes higher and higher, at the same time, the problem of energy conservation, environmental protection and sustainable development become the focus of people. Through the analysis and compare of the advantages and disadvantages of series of the renewable energy such as air source,water source,geothermal-source and so on, and combined with the characteristics of the conditions of the climate and geological in cold region of China,this article finally determine the selection of soil source as a low grade heat source heat pump system for deep research.Firstly a heat transfer model of u-tube underground heat exchanger is established,In order to grasp the effect law of the heat transfer performance of heat exchanger, using the fluid simulation software FLUENT to research and analysis the main influencing factors of the heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger on the basis of the heat transfer model;and the correctness of the model and the veracity of the simulation results is verified by experiment;Regard an office building in Daqing area as the research object,design the corresponding ground source heat pump system accord to field investigation and detailed calculation combined with the change of the weather and the load characteristics of the whole year output by the load calculation software DeST;Its comprehensive performance such as energy saving,economy,environmental protection benefit and so on are evaluated by the application of the system in the actual engineering and comparing with other heating and cooling methods;The application of practical engineering shows that all of the four kinds of schemes,the ground source heat pump system not only the initial investment and operation cost are lowest, but also the primary energy utilization rate PER is the highest, initial investment saves about 6%~27% and operation cost saves about 13%~57% compared with other schemes,PER is about 1.2~6.4 times that of the other schemes,fully shows that the system is completely feasible in energy-saving,environmental protection and economic,and a great social benefits will be produced with further development and widely application.
