Shear wall structure has a good overall performance, stiffness, resistance to lateraldeformation ability, properly designed structure has good plastic deformation, seismicperformance. In addition, the layout of the shear wall structure more flexible, and theredew column, widely used in modern high-rise residential. In this paper, the shear wallstructure optimization design of high-rise residential and key issues discussed, a highervalue of engineering. In this paper, a high-rise shear wall structure residential, according to the specificconditions of the project, first determine the structure of the program, several trialthrough PKPM software, integrated structural safety and economic requirements of thematerials used, the optimal shear wall layout scheme. Then shear walls with beamstendon problems for the project, with a pair of beams and steel coupling beam programsto be addressed, the the different coupling beams form of the structure of the program,SAP2000elastic and elastic-plastic analysis and comparison. And the rationalarrangement of shear walls in high-rise residential shear wall structure, and shear wallstructure coupling beams tendon problems are summarized and recommendations. In this paper, based on the overall structure of the force deformation characteristicscalculated, through in-depth analysis and take appropriate structural measures, strive todesign high-rise shear wall structure has a good seismic performance and economicperformance, and problems for the high-rise shear wall structure to be studied andsolved, and residential high-rise shear wall structure design has a practical significanceand reference value.
