With the rapid development of isolation technique, which has been used in the building now, and the use of base-isolation is most. It is placed between the upper structure and foundation of the building, to keep the seismic energy from passing the upper structure and achieve the effect of extend the period of the structure. Nowadays, with the rapid development of Chinese economic, more and more persons go into the city, in order to make better use of resources, high-rise building comes into being. Because of high occupant density in the high-rise building, if when an earthquake occurs, it will cause more serious damage, so the development of high-rise isolation technique becomes more urgent. But wanting to set up the isolation layer under the high-rise building for the High-rise shear Wall,it is necessary to set the conversion layer between the isolation layer and its upper structure, however the conversion layer will cause the vertical force of the building changing, such force of the transfer beam itself will become very complicated. So this paper will analysis and research the Rise-shear Wall Structure, focusing on converting the force of transfer beams, and the study is based on the existing relevant specifications and research at home and abroad.(1)Analysis and Design of the High-rise shear Wall transfer beam structure with Isolation. Firstly, this paper will analysis a 11-story High-rise shear Wall structure with the PKPM software, selecting the for model for this paper.Then choosing the right model and importing into the ETABS software, and conduct seismic analysis of earthquake. Comparing the calculated results with the non isolated High-rise shear Wall structure, the purpose is to check the rationality of the isolated structure.(2)Detailed analysis of the nonlinear High-rise shear Wall transfer beam structure with isolation. Using the ABAQUS finite element analysis software to simplify the 3D High-rise shear Wall transfer beam structure model with isolation. Then set up the simplified model of the nonlinear finite element analysis, which is made up of the transferbeam, the upper three layer and the isolation bearing, and the structure of the three layer is equivalent to the vertical load mass.Mainly considering of analysis of three cases; 1) the full-span arrangement of superstructure. 2) the middle-span arrangement of superstructure. 3) the side-span arrangement of superstructure.First simply comparing the isolated to non-isolated,and analysis the stress of the transfer beam under the full-span shear wall, then pay more attention to analyze the stress characteristics of the nonlinear High-rise-shear Wall structure,which has a conversion layer on the first layer, under 3 different shear wall, and the damage law of nonlinear transformation of the distribution of 3 different shear walls under different loads.
