Assembled monolithic industrialized housing has already been a new internationalconstruction industry trend and it has become the mainstream housing constructiontechnology in the developed countries. in this paper, a new assembled monolithic slabwas researched, which was not covered by cast-in-place concrete surface; In order tostudy its overall performance, the reliability of the connection mode and seismicperformance of the new assembled monolithic,It conducted the following study of thisnew assembled monolithic plate:1. Static test on the assembled monolithic slab has been done on a masonry buildingin the industrial park of Gao beidian in Hebei province. We got the developing law ofthe deflection along with the experimental loading, the weak point and the crackingwere gotten, then increasing the width of the post-cast strip concrete to improve theplate connection and in-plane stiffness. The deflection of the assembled monolithic slabwas calculated by a new analogy method and the software MATLAB. The formula wasmodified by comparing the value with the experimental result to get the appropriateresults. By use of the finite element software of ABAQUS, the assembled monolithicslab was analyzed; Through analyzing the characteristics of the stress and straincontours distribution; The Suggestions were put forward on the assembled monolithicslab structure, which was about design and tectonic, the order is to improve the stiffnessand bearing capacity about the new assembly monolithic slab; using finite elementsoftware to analyze the optimized slab, and compared with the original slab.2. In order to get the seismic response and plane plate deformation and rigidity ofthe new assembled monolithic plate and the equal cross-section area of the site castingunder earthquake action, two models were designed, one was the site casting-steel frame model SJ1, and another was the assembled monolithic slab-steel frame model SJ2,after the simulated earthquake shaking table model test, the structure natural frequencywas got, through analyzing of the relationships between frequency and stiffness, itshowed that structure stiffness gradually reduce with the increase of earthquakeintensity, the seismic displacement response and acceleration response, extracting thein-plane displacement and deflection of the model were also compared and the resultsindicated that the in-plane stiffness of the assembled monolithic plate was larger thanthat of the cast-in-place plate. the goodness of fit "R" was obtained by using thenumerical analysis software SPSS to carry out the numerical linear regression analysison the column foot strain data. The result showed that the R of the “SJ2”was similar tothe “SJ1”,which indicated the in-plane-stiffness of the floor was equal. Theexperimental indicated the assembled monolithic plate without covered concrete surfacecould display good seismic performance. NieJianGuo and Chen fa,who is fromtsinghua university, puts forward the improvement of formula, after refer to theconcrete floor of equivalent cross section bending moment of inertia from Hassan, thefloor lateral stiffness was calculated, and obtained the new assembled monolithic floorlateral stiffness and the cast-in-place floor of lateral stiffness ratio of1.0584. It showedthe new assembled monolithic floor basic equal to the lateral stiffness and thecast-in-place floor slab, the new assembled monolithic floor with cast-in-place floorbasic equal in-plane stiffness.
