The new assemb led mo nolithic hollow-ribbed floor is a new type of hollow floorwhich is on the basis o f the concrete fabricated hollow-ribbed floor, and it iscomposed of prefabricated box fillers, cast-in-place beams and cast-in-place roof. It issuitable to large-span build ings and has been applied in parts of our co untry, with theadvanta ges of good inte grity, low materia l consumption, low we ight, low cost,convenience in making components, conductive to factory production and so on.In this thesis, a contrast experiment of shear performa nce on plates of the newassemb led mono lithic hollow-ribbed floor (called “the new hollow-ribbed floor” forshort) and the ordinary ribbed floor was made. Based on the outco me of theexperiment, the shear fa ilure mode of ribbed beams was obtained, t he influence ofprefabricated box fillers to the shear performance of the ribbed beams from the newhollow-ribbed floor was investigated, the feas ib ility of various theoretical formulasapplied to shear-bearing capacity calc ulation a nd cracking load calc ulation of theribbed beams fro m the new hollow-ribbed floor was verified. This artic le is dividedinto four chapters, as follows:In the first chapter, the genera l situation of the develop ment and research of thehollow floor both at home a nd abroad was introduced, and the concrete fabricatedhollow-ribbed floor system was ma inly introduced. Then, a new assembled mo nolithichollow-ribbed floor was proposed, the specific productio n process of prefabricatedbox fillers and the construction techno logy of the new ho llow-ribbed floor wereexpounded.In the second chapter, the purpose and concrete sche me of this experiment wereproposed, and the design and productio n process of the specime ns were described indetail. By observing the production process of the new ho llow-ribbed floor plate, thefeasib ility of the construction technolo gy of the new hollow-ribbed floor was verified,and a few announceme nts and improving measures for the construction techno logywere put forward. In the last, the results o f the materia l tests of steel and concretewere showed, and some parameters of the experiment were checked.In the third chapter, through the experime nt on plates of the new ho llow-ribbedfloor and the ribbed floor, some mechanica l performa nce of the two p lates, such ascracking load, shear-bearing capacity, middle-span deflection, s hear ductility a nd so on, were contrastive ly analysed. As the key point of this experiment, howprefabricated box fillers functioned in the stress process of the new hollow-ribbedfloor plate was showed through analysis.In the fourth chapter, the plate’s stiffness, ribbed beam’s shear-bearing capacityand sla nt cracking load of the new ho llow-ribbed floor was ana lysed theoretica lly bycomparing theoretica l calculating va lue and experime nta l va lue. Besides, thefeasib ility of various theoretica l formulas applied to the new ho llow-ribbed floorwas verified,and the result comes out that the theoretica l calculating value agreed wellwith the experimental value.
