With the rapid economical development of city, the central heating has been amajor trend of heating system, and making the whole central heating system operatebetter has turn into an issue that must be addressed. Using a Climate Compensator inthe heat exchange station can solve the problem of central heating control systemmanagement and control with better effects.This paper designs a control device named Climate Compensator in centralheating system. This dissertation firstly introduces the current situation of the centralheating system and climate compensators, the function and working principle ofClimate Compensator, also this paper introduces the hardware design based on ARM9and software design based on Linux operating system for a Climate Compensator. Thehardware design mainly includes the core system, the data acquisition circuit, thecircuit for output control signal, the network interface circuit and the human-computerinterface circuit. The software design mainly includes embedded Linux operatingsystem migration and the software realization of function modules.Due to the uncertainty, nonlinearity and variable parameter character of thecontrolled object in the central heating control system, this dissertation has proposed aparameter control method based on the BP neural network PID algorithm for the heatexchange station. Simulation results show that it has smaller overshoot, less transitiontime, better stability and stronger robustness, which are beneficial to enhance therobustness of the central heating control system on a Climate Compensator.
