| The gamma ray in rocks and soil in the earth's crust is main research in the field gamma ray spectrometry survey. Their energy range is mainly 30-3000 keV, they contain abundant information of natural radioactive nuclides, such as uranium, thorium, potassium, etc, and of artificial radioactive nuclides from nuclear engineering activity, and of the results in interaction betweenγand earth's crust. In actually the research ofγspectrometry data collection system is the basis and important subject of whole detecting and researching item about nuclear information.This design, on the basis of SAMSUNG's S3C2410A 16/32-bit RISC microprocessor with its CPU core, a 16/32-bit ARM920T RISC processor designed by Advanced RISC Machines, Ltd, migrates embedded Linux OS,QT/Embedded GUI libraray and YAFFS file-system and developes the Gamma spectra software。With the microprocessor rapid computing ability, a complete set of common system peripherals,linux OS and a great of software resources based on linux, development of the gamma spectra software based on QT/Embedded GUI library, which functions include data acquisition,storage,compute and anasys, the Gamma instrument performs high-performance without computer.There are some advantages in the research result of this paper compared with the national and international gamma ray data acquisition and anasys system:1. The data acquisition system has the 32-bit ARM920T as the controlling core, including LCD display, keyboard, and clock and memory circuit. Worker could control it to accomplish the process of data acquisition,calculating and analyse without computer. The system has some features, such as low power, miniaturization, high proportion of quality and price and etc.2. The design realized the migration of the embedded Linux OS. With the high-performance 32 bit ARM920T professor,the migration of Linux OS and the aboundance software resources based on it, We can not only inhance the stablitiy of the system but also can rapidly achieve the developmnent of the gamma instrument and a complitable gamma spectra software, perform multy-task process system.3. The design realizes the migration of yaffs file system ported on linux OS, safely and reliably manages bootloader program of the system,kernel image file of the Linux OS,the library of QT/Embedded,the program and data of gamma spectra software.4. This design realizes the migration of the QT/Embedded GUI library. With the Qt/Embedded Development Kit we could rapidly develope sophisticated,visual and simply used software for gamma spectra computing and anasys. |
