On the premise ofreverse engineering this paper is based on the multidisciplinary of ergonomicsã€the theoryof energy and curve surface fairness theory, use the improved genetic ant colonyalgorithm as the optimize algorithm, study the curve surface and smoothing of back seat,to get the more precise curve surface which in line with the actual product appearance.The use of multidisciplinary optimization methods to analyze the curve surface modelingand applications of fairing in the field is less common now, there has many problems forthe complex man-machine surface research, so we remain to do further research.To solve the problems in the complex man-machine surface, the primary contentsare as follows:1. Study on the measuring method of the complex backwith flexible surface by usingthe contact type measuring instrumentDue to the data points of complex back surface is measured by the non-contactmeasuring instrument, if the back is measured directly by the non-contact measuringinstrument, the data points is not accurate, to solve this problem, this paper proposed amethod which is to make a plaster model of back, then measure the model to get datapoints, this method can save time and avoid errors when measuring the elastic flexiblesurface.2. Based on the research of energy method model, objective functions become"single" from "double"In the optimization of the complex surface,we must also ensure the fairness of thesurface and the comfort of the human body, it needs to study how the double objectivefunctions is converted into a single objective function, The method presented in thispaper is for human comfort requirements of the higher cloud point (shoulder, waist), thecurve and surface fitting light clockwise, guarantee that the point cloud positionunchanged, so it can satisfy the surface smoothness and the human comfort.3.Research of improved genetic ant colony algorithm According to the curve and surface fairing algorithm, this paper presents animproved ant colony algorithm, this algorithm combines the advantages of geneticalgorithm and traditional ant colony algorithm respectively, also improved the fitnessfunction, crossover, mutation, convergence, and the application of the principle ofminimum energy method,this method has significant improvement in the optimizationspeed and computational accuracythan the traditional optimization methods.Through the analysis of complex surface optimization results, we confirmed theresearch method of this paper improves the fairness of the surface, this study can also beapplied to other complex man-machine surface, for example: helmet, teeth, bones and soon, so the research of this paper is meaningful. |
