Vibratory roller is one of the major construction machinery and it is widely used in avariety of basic companion construction. Combined with the existing compactiontechnology and control technology, as well as based on the study of the current exciter inthe vibratory roller, this paper developed a multi-exciter, which can automatically adjustingthe amplitude according to road conditions, and made a research on the implementation andthe features of various vibration modes, carried out the multi-vibrator modeling,optimization and dynamic analysis by using the Pro/E,1stopt, Matlab, and other relatedsoftware.Because the working conditions of the vibratory roller are very complex during itsoperation, and the existing vibratory roller still can’t adjust the amplitude intelligently andsteplessly, using a single vibration mode can’t meet the quality requirements of its work, butif using the multi-machine united operations will inevitably lead to a waste of resources andthe extension of the duration, so this article design a multi-function electro-hydraulicstepless amplitude exciter. After analyzing the structure and the compaction characteristicsof the different excitation modes, we proposed a program of the multi-functionelectro-hydraulic stepless amplitude exciter structure,which are two-axis and can achieveda variety of vibration mode; Based on the Pro/E software, multi-function electro-hydraulicstepless AM exciter and the structure of the vibratory wheel are designed, and theparameters of the eccentric cylinder are optimized based on the1stopt software; Accordingto design requirements of the stepless amplitude exciter, the key parameters of the structurewere checked, and the key components of the vibration wheel were sizing; Based on theMatlab software, the dynamics of vibratory wheel are theoretical analyzed, and theexcision’s feasibility is verified.The research of the multifunction electro-hydraulic stepless amplitude exciter lay asolid theoretical foundation to Intelligent and features integrated of the vibratory rollers, andhas important practical value on improving operating quality and work efficiency.
