Most of the vibration machinery involved in the modern industry is driven by the motor drive.As a representative of the exciter,the mechanical vibration exciter has the advantages of simple structure,convenient installation and disassembly and so on.It has been widely used in the field of engineering and technology.But due to the eccentric mass and eccentricity size of the mechanical exciter are fixed,resulting in vibration with the vibration frequency ? increases with the2? increase in the proportion,so that when ? is small,F is so small that no vibration effect,while ? is larger,larger F may lead to damage of test piece.In order to avoid the occurrence of the above,this paper presents a new type of mechanical vibration exciter based on the working principle of the traditional mechanical vibration exciter.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The development of a new type of mechanical vibration exciter.The exciting force of traditional mechanical vibration exciter with vibration frequency change is bigger,easy to cause damage and other problems are tested,developed a consists of driving device,driving device,eccentric device,spline shaft and box type mechanical vibrator.This paper introduces the working principle of the new type mechanical vibration exciter,integral and each component tructure design,and the structure characteristic of each part.(2)Optimal design of a new type of mechanical vibration exciter.The stress analysis of the eccentric device of new type mechanical vibration exciter,the calculation equation of vibration force is generated throughout the device,using the MATLAB optimization toolbox of main parameters on the eccentric device is optimized,determining the design parameters of the new type mechanical exciter eccentric device,and analysis for example.(3)Three dimensional modeling and Simulation of a new type of mechanical vibration exciter.According to the design parameters,the three-dimensional model of the new type of mechanical vibration exciter is established,and the model is importedinto the ADAMS software.The dynamic simulation of the new type of mechanical vibration exciter is analyzed and the simulation results are analyzed.In this paper,a new type of mechanical vibration exciter is developed,which provides a new idea for the development of the vibration exciter.As an important part of the new type of mechanical vibration exciter,the eccentric device is the key to guarantee the performance.The derivation of the excitation force equation and the establishment of the mathematical model provide the basis for the optimization of the structural parameters of the eccentric device.ADAMS virtual prototype analysis provides a basis for theoretical analysis and verifies the rationality of the prototyping model.
