| At present, the main national highway project built early need massiveexpansion in our country. It develop continuously the expansion project technologyresearch in the process of Shenda Huning and Guangfo expressway expansion, andaccumulated valuable design and construction experience. Because of the climateand traffic difference between Jilin province and other provinces, when they learnthe successful technology achievements, it is significant to process the research ofthe problem with expressway project reformed.First, the article summarizes the bridge and expressway development from thebridge materials and technology, etc. In order to improve the service level ofhighway, many expressways are facing reconstruction and extension. Beijing toHaerbin expressway Changchun to Siping section (here referred to Changpinghigh-speed) is the first expansion project of Jilin province. This article depends onthe present situation of the ChangPing expressway and the structure detection andcarrying capacity evaluation test of bridge in service and points out the problemsduring the bridge expansion. Then, according to the setting of bridge, structuredetection and bearing capacity evaluation results,it do research to widen scheme ofbridge of ChangPing expansion project. The main research contents:1)The widened scheme of main bridges and deck bridge;2) widened pre-casthollow plate stress calculation;3) how to reduce additional stress of junctionsbetween the top and bottom;4) it put forward recommendations on the constructionprocess of the widen bridge and gives processing measures of the old bridge’s defect.On matters that should pay attention to in the construction are discussed, the studyresults of this aritcle provides a reference for the construction as early as possiblethe reconstruction projects complete perfectly. |
