With the rapid development of traffic construction, the continuous rigid frame bridge construction technology becomes more mature, but with the increase of the service life, the internal force and the load caused by the continuous rigid frame bridge, such as temperature change, foundation settlement, and other diseases caused by the operating process.This paper analyzes the construction process and the bearing capacity checking computation of the Beiyuhe Bridge.The bridge is a prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge.There was established an element model.Through the simulation of construction stage, and adding load, it analyzed the Beiyuhe Bridge by the full three-dimensional finite element.Following the construction phase of the change and constantly modify the finite element model parameters, obtained in various stages of construction control points of the theory of displacement and stress data.From the construction stage to the pressure stress calculation, the tension zone, the tension stress calculation, the use of normal section pressure and the use of the main pressure stress section of the main pressure, so that the site construction monitoring data have reference.The construction data and theoretical design data compared and analyzed to meet the design requirements of the construction phase of the conclusion of the construction process of effective monitoring.In addition,on the bridge of the main beam structure of safety calculation, the calculation results could meet the design requirements.After completion,it calculated the pre camber of the Beiyuhe Bridge,mainly to calculate the bridge closure stage, running for 5 years and operation 15 years bridge creep deflection difference. Analysis and calculation reasonable pre camber setting.Analysis of the phenomenon of collapse caused by long-term creep of bridge.In summary,The carrying capacity of the Beiyuhe Bridge, it is concluded that the bridge carrying capacity to meet the design requirements, through the actual monitoring data of various finite element simulation parameters for estimation and correction, used for guidance and control of construction, should force control and linear control also meet the requirement are obtained through the analysis of the construction process of the Beiyuhe Bridge and bearing capacity checking.
