Cable-stayed bridge has not only the beautiful appearance, the large span capacity, theflexible arrangement, the less construction disturbance, also with its powerful performance bythe load and superior economic performance. With the development of new material, newcraft, new technology, the structure of bridge will be more light-duty, more beautiful, largerspan in the future. Cable-stayed bridge will be the main long-span bridge type of long-spanbridge construction. Based on the project site construction control and theoretical calculation,this paper will research long-span cable-stayed bridge construction control system and analysethe temperature effect.Firstly, this paper briefly introduced the structure characteristics of cable-stayed bridgeand the development situation at home and abroad. According to the project, a long-spancable-stayed bridge used the tower-beam synchronous construction technology,established aconstruction control system for controlling the linear and internal of structure. On the basis ofreasonably simulating the units, creep and shrinkage of concrete, prestress and boundaryconditions, established the finite element model of the bridge. Doing the preparatory work forthe bridge construction control system.Secondly, on the basis of the bridge construction control system and the establishedfinite element model, and the combining with the actual situation of the project, analysing thestatic behaviors of the bridge during construction with appropriate methods, includingchoicing the reasonable state, determing the ideal state of the construction, real-time analysisfor construction process. Ensured the good linear and internal force of bridge structureconstruction process and the final linear and internal force of the construction can meet therequirements.Thirdly, Bridge construction control system is built on the basis of the finite elementmethod, the finite element method is used to analysis of structure. because the project is along-span cable-stayed bridge and belongs to the high order statically indeterminate structure,The linear and internal force of structure is changing all the time in the construction process,and its structural system changed for many times, so there have a lot of problems anddifficulties in the process of construction. Using the established bridge construction processsystem to analyze and solve these problems and difficulties, ensure the accuracy of theconstruction of the bridge.Finally, the analysis of the temperature effect of bridge is based on the basic principle of heat conduction in finite element theory. Aftering the analysis of rising and reducing thetemperature of bridge and cable, temperature gradient of main girder and the main tower,understand temperature factors will largely affect the bridge structure and internal force. Afterunderstanding the mechanism of temperature effect, make measures to put forward of bridgestructure from the influence of temperature factors as far as possible.
