The temperature of asphalt paving is as high as150Csometimes when the boxgirder is paving asphalt concrete. Inside the box girder structure is caused by largetemperature difference distribution. Cracks may lead to the box girder structure. This willadversely affect the structure. Therefore, it is necessary for the box girder structure ofhigh-temperature asphalt paver to analyze the impact on the situation. On the basis ofprevious studies, this paper analyzes the distribution of temperature field and temperaturestress problems, which is reinforced by the concrete box girder structure in thehigh-temperature asphalt concrete paving.To the field measurement of the temperature distribution and temperature stresses forbox girders in asphalt paving, it requires a lot of manpower, material and time. Therefore,this paper will simulation analysis with two aspects through the finite element softwareMidas FEA. One is the heat transfer analysis of box girder structure under the asphalt paver(temperature field).The other is thermal stress analysis (temperature stress).In the analysis process of the heat conduction, this article solves the conditions of thetemperature of the box girder structure in the first class of boundary conditions as well asthird type of boundary, according to the thermal conduction theory, with the help of themeans of difference method and finite element method, through the finite element softwareMidas Fea which carried out the simulation analog. At the same timeļ¼Œthis paper brieflyanalyze the impact factors of the temperature field in the asphalt paving. Combined with therelevant papers to do some comparative analysis, this paper fits out of the box girdertemperature gradient mode at last. We can see that using the finite element simulationanalysis can get temperature field accord with the actual condition, under the informationsuch as the definition of material parameters, initial and boundary conditions are selectedexactly when the high-temperature asphalt is paving concrete.During thermal stress analysis, at first, this paper uses Midas FEA for thermal stressanalysis, studying the temperature stress with time in box girder-section. Then, combined with the temperature gradient fitting, this paper makes Midas Civil to establish beamelement model for temperature stress analysis. This paper gets the different box girder stresswith the two different theoretical methods, and makes the comparative analysis. We can getthat the maximum compressive stress will produce in the webs of the top surface of the boxgirder structure in the process of high temperature asphalt paving, and the maximum tensilestress will produce near the middle of the web.
