With the continuous construction of highway bridges,the use of steel box girders is increasing year by year.In order to adapt to the large deformation of the steel deck,the deck pavement material usually adopts the asphalt mixture with high deformation followability,but the paving temperature of the asphalt mixture during the pavement is unavoidable.When the temperature changes during the paving process,Each part of the deck pavement system will be due to the temperature caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the deformation,this deformation by the internal parts of the mutual constraints and external constraints on the boundary when the temperature stress;the current domestic and foreign research The temperature field of the bridge is studied by the change of the annual temperature of the bridge,the temperature difference between day and night,and the temperature of the bridge.However,there are few studies on the temperature effect of the pavement The Based on the theory of heat transfer,this paper determines the pavement temperature field by field measurement and numerical simulation,and analyzes its temperature effect in view of the high temperature paving effect of steel box girder bridge deck.The main research contents are as follows:The present research situation of bridge and pavement temperature field at home and abroad is investigated by referring to the relevant literatures.At the same time,the heat transfer mechanism of the steel box girder bridge is exposed to high temperature.Based on the bridge deck pavement project of Fengdu Yangtze River in Chongqing,the temperature field of steel box girder in asphalt concrete paving process was tested in real time by reasonable temperature test scheme.The asphalt concrete during the paving process was clarified.The distribution of the temperature field inside the box girder.Based on the theory of heat transfer,the Abaqus finite element software was used to simulate the paving process of asphalt concrete on the bridge deck by setting the life and death unit.Considering the three factors of heat transfer,convective heat transfer and radiation heat transfer,The results show that the temperature of the steel box girder in the process of high temperature paving is fluctuating to varying degrees due to the structural reasons such as longitudinal and horizontal stiffening ribs,and the temperature gradient phenomenon is obvious.The temperature effect of the steel box girder structure and the deck pavement system was determined under the premise of simulating the pavement temperature field.From the point of view of the pavement temperature field,the temperature stress and the feasibility of the actual engineering operation,Effect made recommendations.
