Composite trussed continuous beam bridge with concrete-filled rectangular steel tube(CTC-R) is a new type of bridge structure. The truss is composed of upper and lower chordswith concrete-filled square steel tube and web members with square steel tube. Thesechords and braces are jointed through intersecting line welding. The truss and concrete floordeck constitute composite girder. This kind of bridge has light weight, good mechanicsperformance, construction convenient installation and other technical and economicadvantages. In the study, this paper has important theoretical significance and engineeringapplication value. In this paper, I carried out the following work, then gain relatedconclusions:1) I refered to information of application and research related to composite trussedbeam bridge with concrete-filled steel tube, expounded optimization process of concretebox beam、application and research status of composite trussed beam, putted forward thebasic concept of CTC-R.2) I have reorganized construction requirements and method of calculation about trussand joint. I also have designed some modeling of floor deck and connection structure, andthen deduced computing method of CTC-R’s bending capacity.3) I have analysed main paraments influenced economical efficiency and mechanicalproperties of CTC-R, reached reasonable value of steel consumption and computingformula of flexural stiffness. The influence regularity between dist of two trusses andthickness of floor deck was given.4) Experimentally design and study of CTC-R has been done, which depends onproject item.5) Compare with concrete box beam,the CTC-R has more significant advantades. If itgets popularity, it will get remarkably social and economical benefits. So it has wideprospect of application.
