In recent years, the high-rise building is developed rapidly and the structure with compositive use of complex body and various functions is developed. From the function needing of the building, the top needs small axis dimension which has to be assigned, the next function part hopes that there is as big as possible free space, it is heavy for network to take post, for satisfying building the requests of function, the structure must be by fixing up contrary to routine way, in order to realize that this kind fixes up, must set up a special floor between the underpart in structure forms are different, make it bear top the internal force of structure and transmit and give underpart structure to play structure change the floors of function reliable. It is called transfer floor.Concrete-filled rectangular steel tube truss transfer floor is a new kind of transfer structure and it has such merit: light deadweight, strong bearing capacity, etc. In this paper, a real engineering is used. A lot of numerical analysis work is done with global and local FEM. The main work is:First, represent the development and tendency of transfer floor structure, introduce the basic theory of concrete-filled steel tube and the necessary knowledge that analysing structures briefly.Then, modification the 3-D modal of the building with 79 storys and design transfer girder and transfer truss by the result of the modal analysis. Analyse and compare the effect with different style transfer member by vertical load, earthquake load from one direction and two directions, wind load especially analyse the displacement at the top of the building, the story drift and the internal force of members. At last, some advice for designing is given.Anlyse the connections in concrete-filled rectangular steel tube with local FEM after anlysing the whole building in global FEM and design 12 connections with different geometric parameter and material property, then simulate the bearing capacity of every member by ANSYS program. Research the effect of bearing capacity by different geometric parameter and material property and then give some advice for the engineering.In the end, give a bearing capacity formula, which is fit for engineering, from much literature.This paper not only has theory significance but also is valuable in engineering application.
