The Study Of The Optimization Of Spatial Structure Of Towns And Villages In Country Area In Beishan District Of Baoji On The Background Of Urban-rural Integration

Nowadays, country economy is an important foundation of the regional economy. Thedevelopment level of economy is relatively low in three counties of Baoji Beishan district,thus the regional economic foundation is weak and this to some extent affected the furtherdevelopment of the economic level in Baoji. It is the towns and villages who are the main partof country, and their development is the key part to promote the country’s economicdevelopment. There is a huge gap between towns and villages in Beishan district, and there isno strong links between towns and villages in the country. The discrete structure betweencounties and towns has a negative influence in the coordinated development of the villagesand towns, thus impeding the country’s economic level.In this paper, we take changing the urban-rural relations as a breakthrough point andbased on the background of urban-rural integration, we studied on Beishan district of Baoji.Starting from finding evolution law and current problems of towns and villages’ spatialstructure in the Country Area, we mainly focus on finding the strategies and methods whichcan optimize the spatial structure of towns and villages in the country area, through which thegap between towns and villages can be reduced and the regional economic development canbe promoted.By tracing the evolution of towns and villages’ spatial structure in country area of BaojiBeishan district, summarizing its evolution law, the formation mechanism and the affectingfactors, we try to predict the development direction of towns and village’s spatial structure inthis region.To study the present situation, we have used the fractal method to analyze the spatialstructure of the third country in Baoji Beishan district and to summarize the existed problemsand try to solve those ones.In polices study, through analysis the relationship between the urban-rural integrationand the spatial structure of towns and villages in country area, we summarized optimizationstrategy of spatial structure. In the method study, based on historical research and situation analysis, combiningtheory and practice, we proposed that, we should optimize the elements and supportingsystem of towns and villages’ spatial structure at the same time. In the optimization ofelements in the spatial structure, we should conjunct with the terrain, cultivate driving force ofrural nodes by optimizing the node hierarchy, the function integrated systems and spatiallayout optimization. Through foreign channels, country and township road traffic trunk couldbuild a comprehensive optimization urban and rural channel system and through industrialland sub alienation, could lead technology and build the industrial chain to reconstruct urbanand rural industrial zones and economic zones. To complete the spatial structure supportsystem optimization, two paths should be used, constructing country ecological securitypattern and supporting social structure development. Finally, combined with the examples, thestudy tried to find out the integrated optimization ideas of proposing primary network intypical country town spatial structure.
