In recent ten years, natural disasters, accident calamities, public sanitation events andsocial security event have often occurred in our country,which seriously impacted on thelives and property of our people. The Government has recognized the importance of buildinga rapid and efficient emergency relief system. While vehicle routing problem of emergencyrelief supplies distribution is the key to ensure the smooth progress of this work. Therefore, tomake a study on emergency rescue vehicles,distribution route optimization problem of thereal-time information. It is crucial to prevent the emergency of the affected area, casualtiesand property losses, and more sustainable expansion of the disaster.This thesis takes the emergency vehicle routing problem as research object. Firstly,applies the method of investigation to analyse the background research and summarize thesignificance research, and use the literature review method to understand the current researchof the emergency logistics and the vehicle routing problem; Secondly, makes the suddenevent, emergency logistics, vehicle road problem and the system about real-time informationas the theory basis,again combines the feature of emergency rescue, using operationsresearch theory establishs the mathematics model of emergency distribution problem and setsthe constraint conditions, especially describes the optimization algorithm of solving modeland makes the select, analysis and to improve,and validates that the improved algorithm isbetter than the original algorithm; Then, using qualitative of analysis method, Combines withemergency vehicle route planning system and the real-time information, make the improveddijkstra algorithm to design and solve the delivery route of emergency rescue vehicle; Thelast, in order to verify the reliability and effectiveness of designed program, using theimproved optimization algorithm to design the best emergency distribution route through thereal example which happened on the Peng Zhou Shi of Si Chuan province.
