Along with the construction of further deepening of China’s western development and theimprovement of expressway network, gradually extending to mountainous area, filler obtain raw materiallocally will inevitably encounter the roadbed construction in the highway construction process is difficult,costly, problem that a lot of waste slag and on the other hand, tunnel and the excavation produced cannothandle. Therefore, if the waste slag as roadbed filler, not only solved the problem of subgrade filling, butalso reasonable processing waste slag, waste to treasure, greatly reduces the cost, there is shoot two hawkswith one arrow. A slag and argillaceous soft rock tunnel and the excavation as generated, the road less studyon the performance of. Therefore this paper of argillaceous soft rock and slag road performance study isvery necessary.In this paper, the Chengxian to Wudu Expressway (S15) in a period as the basis, through thelaboratory test, field test, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and other means, of argillaceous softrock are studied in the paper, the main research contents are as follows:(1)Through indoor test, the mechanical properties and road engineering argillaceous soft rockperformance index is studied. The argillaceous soft rock uneven coefficient Cu value, the maximummoisture content and the maximum dry density, compressibility, compaction properties of CBR index andE0data.(2)The subgrade model was established with ADINA software, according to the actual situation ofthe input soil parameters, load gravity load, the consolidation analysis of argillaceous soft rock subgradesettlement process of the main.(3)Through the typical segments of the paving test, obtains the reasonable construction processunder different conditions, in order to effectively guide the construction. At the same time, study ofargillaceous soft rock and slag subgrade structure, give way based cross-sectional structure design values.(4)Subgrade compaction quality detection combined with monitoring and control system ofcompaction process, and the detection result with the conventional detection were analyzed, proposedbased on the engineering quality detection method and evaluation index, the establishment of qualityacceptance criteria.
