With the rapid economic development of Henan Province,Zhengzhou's urban village reconstruction has accelerated,and more and more demolition and new construction projects have been carried out,and construction waste emissions have increased year by year.At the same time,the demand for sand,natural gravel,cement and other materials in construction projects is increasing.Environmental pollution and shortage of resources have brought tremendous pressure on people's production and life.At present,the method of processing construction waste is mainly used for landfill,which causes a lot of land resources to be occupied.Compared with developed countries,construction waste treatment and processing technology still has a large gap.It is currently the biggest technical problem we face.Based on this,we can refer to the technical experience of developed countries and start with classification,treatment,and application.Compared with other construction industries,highway engineering has lower requirements for aggregate performance and greater demand for ore resources.If construction waste is used for road engineering,it can protect the environment on the one hand,and reduce road construction costs on the other.Economic benefits and the promotion of sustainable development have important development significance.This article starts from the perspective of the road base and the base,and takes the road project of Jingzhong Road(Pinghu Road-South Fourth Ring Road)in Erqi District,Zhengzhou as the basis.Study the road performance of concrete recycled materials and red brick recycled materials in road engineering.First,the performance analysis of the recycled material itself is conducted to study the differences between the recycled concrete,red brick recycled materials and natural aggregates.Among them,the performance of the recycled concrete and natural aggregates is close,and its crushing value,needle-like content,and apparent density All can meet the requirements of the road base aggregates.However,the low crushing value of the red brick recycled material itself does not meet the requirements of the specification,and it is not recommended to use it alone.Secondly,the three grades of low(suspended dense structure),medium(frame dense structure)and high(frame void structure)are designed to analyze the road performance of concrete recycled materials and concrete and red brick mixed recycled materials from a mechanical point of view.,Recycled concrete can be used alone in the base course,with the proportion of red brick mixed with 40% of recycled bricks based on the middle pole ratio.Itsseven-day unconfined compressive strength meets the requirements of the specification.Finally,combined with the results of laboratory experiments and the actual situation of Jingzhong Road in Erqi District,further analysis of the dense structure of the skeleton,the red brick content was determined to be 20%.The compressive strength and compaction of the sub-base layer after construction are tested in accordance with the requirements of the specifications.Test and field application analysis: The application of the dense concrete structural recycled materials in the road base can meet the performance requirements of the current code for the base materials,improve some construction processes,and convert the concrete recycled materials: brick-mixed recycled materials 80%: 20% In addition,the 5.5% cement recycled mix is ??applied to the bottom of the road in Jingzhong.The 7-day strength of the sample sampled on site can reach 2.3 MPa.Satisfy the performance requirements of base materials in road engineering.The formation of three structures of suspension dense,dense skeleton,and skeleton voids in the road base depends on the relative relationship between the void volume of the coarse aggregate and the compacted volume of the fine aggregate.Among the three structural forms of concrete construction waste,the compressive strength of the dense structure of the skeleton is the largest,the strength of the suspended dense structure is the lowest,and the void structure of the framework is in between;Slag construction waste has the highest strength of the dense structure of the skeleton,the lowest strength of the void structure of the framework,and the suspended dense structure is in between.The road base material uses concrete recycled materials as coarse aggregates and brick mixed recycled materials as fine aggregates.The structure can obtain better comprehensive strength.
