With the development of transportation, a large number of highway constructionsneed to be built. As the bridge is the throat of highway, the tasks of building bridges arebecoming more and more arduous. In a variety of bridge types, the continuousprestressed concrete beam bridge is becoming one of the most competitive types for itswell mechanical performance, smaller deformation, fewer expansion joints, drivingmore comfortable, simpler and more beautiful shapes. But in the bridge operating stage, the bridge which takes the segmental construction method meets the serious problem ofcrack deflection, which has become a bottleneck restricting the concrete beam bridge inits large-span development process. The above problem is caused by a variety of factors first is the unreasonableconstruction method, such as: the lack of concrete curing period, the prestressed tensionis not in place, the stress of the key parts is out of gauge, the pre-camber is small andso on. Second, the reasonable liner and endogenous force is not considered, even if theconstruction process is reasonable, once the bridge state did not meet the reasonablestate, the long-term deflection will be serious. In response to the problem, this article firstly clarifies three reasonable finishedbridge states. Secondly, take a bridge as the engineering background, focusing on thereasonable bending state and clearing the difference of load balance coefficient alongthe bridge. Thirdly obtained by quantitative analysis of the bridge, the goal values ofprestressed tendons in reasonable bending state are explicit. Fourthly, elaboratetheoretical methods of bridge monitoring, focusing on derivation of the theoreticalformula of the pre-camber and propose an error control method of bridge monitoring.Lastly, take the bridge as the background, using construction monitoring theory for itslinear and stress control.
