This paper analyzes the completed bridge state of small and medium span steel-concrete bridge based on the project of Ningxia Dajiangou Bridge.By analyzing the special climatic environment effect of the Ningxia region on the structural force and deformation of the bridge by finite element model,a real-time monitoring system was built to obtain the measured data of load test,the critical section strain,deformation,vibration,etc.of the traffic load test and the initial operation.And combined the simulation analysis,the load test and the initial operational data analysis of the operation to form the completed bridge state evaluation of small and medium span steel-concrete bridge,which provides technical support for the promotion and application of small and medium span steel-concrete bridge structures in Ningxia.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1)The paper analyzes the development of steel-concrete bridges at home and abroad,the domestic promotion advantages and difficulties of small and medium span steel-concrete bridges,the research status of bridge health monitoring and steel-concrete bridge shrinkage and creep;proposed the necessity and importance of the analysis of the completed bridge state of the small and medium span steel-concrete bridge based on real-time monitoring.2)According to the requirements of bridge load test and health monitoring data collection,proposed the monitoring technology framework system for small and medium span steel-concrete bridge and studied the requirement of key indicators and structural dynamic/static data analysis of small and medium span steel-concrete bridges structure status evaluation in Ningxia area are studied.Hereafter,the basic ideas and principles of monitoring design were put forward.3)Based on the special geographical and climatic environment,theoretical model was established by finite element model analysis software to analyze the structure stress and deformation of Dagugou Bridge girder and deck under the influence of its own weight,system temperature,temperature gradient,shrinkage and creep.Grasping the influence of the main influencing factors of Ningxia region on the structural form from the theoretical level,we can theoretically discuss the popularization and application of small-medium-span steel-concrete bridges in Ningxia Region.4)The bearing capacity of the bridge structure and the performance under the bridge use condition can be evaluated by the actual data of the bridge before and after traffic that collected through the load test and health monitoring system.Because of this,we can comprehensively master the structure stress,deformation and dynamic and static characteristics of steel-concrete bridges under static and dynamic forces,which provides technical support for the use of small and medium span steel-concrete bridges in Ningxia.
